Free Printable Coffin Coloring Pages
Our free printable coffin coloring pages are available as PDF files that will print at the size of standard US Letter-sized paper (which is 8.5 x 11 inches). Download whichever page you think looks best to color this weekend!
You can go with brown pencils for the wooden panels. You can use purple and silver on your colored prints featuring the ornate designs inspired by Gothic architecture. If you want to make your pumpkin pillow pop, then use a bright shade of orange to cover its surface. Otherwise, just sit back, relax, and enjoy getting into the nitty gritty of shading those lovely lilies and their jeweled adornments.
Try Coloring Coffin Coloring Pages Differently
You can then transform these printable coffins to Halloween decorations or little keepsakes by using stuff that you probably already have laying around your house!
1. Coffin Bookmarks
Choose a narrow coffin outline. Color the wood and handles on each side of the coffin before cutting it out and gluing it down to your cardstock. A great bookmark would be made from the design where you can see the ghost reading!
2. Halloween Gift Bags
Use the printable to let kids color a vampire coffin (or maybe even the one with the skeleton foot!) Then they’ll be able to snip along the edges of the design as needed and stick it on a plain paper bag.
Write the recipient’s name underneath the picture using a marker. Fill the bag up with some wrapped treats for a fun Halloween party or for a cute little October birthday treat.
3. Coffin Window Decorations
Find a coffin coloring sheet with large panels. Color in the frame (the part around the edge), and then mount your picture on some thin cardstock and cut it out. Help your toddler cut away some of these panels, keeping the ones along the outside attached.
Then glue colored tissue paper into these spaces as if they were windows! When the glue dries, hang your paper coffin up where the light is nice and bright! You can enjoy how purple looks against your black crayon, especially when there’s a bat-shaped handle hanging from above!
