46 Trick or Treat Coloring Pages (Free PDF Printables)

Add some Halloween fun to your day with these printable trick or treat coloring pages! There are friendly ghosts, cute pumpkin faces, and enough candy to satisfy all your crayon cravings!

We love the idea of coloring a tiny armed dino that loves collecting sweets or maybe a skating ghost who would be best served with some bright-colored wheels. But if those are too detailed for you, then why not go with one of our simpler designs? Like a pretty candy bag spilling out tons of good stuff?

We’ve got some trick-or-treat pages here that will appeal to many different ages. Some leave quite a bit of room for little hands (the witch on her crescent moon is so nice with all that space around her) while there are also ones where you could spend an afternoon getting cozy with small details (like our favorite pirate octopus needing his treasure chest packed with colorful candy).

You pick how silly or spooky you want your Halloween to get today!

If you have crayons, go wild! Colored pencils work best when coloring candy wrappers or costume details—but they also work great on the Halloween mandala. If you decide to use markers, try slipping some scrap paper under them so that no colors soak up onto your surface.

How to Color Trick or Treat Pages Using Your Imagination

There are so many things that you could do with these Halloween coloring sheets! If your kids enjoy picking out costume colors for themselves (or they’re more into inventing where their candy will mysteriously end up), try one (or all) of these 4 ideas using whatever creative color supplies you have available!

1. Make the Candy Look Delicious

You have an overflow of sweets so you put them all into a bag first and then wrap them up with stripes, dots, and little stars to make them look like they came from your favorite candy shop. Just leave a white patch here and there on the lollipops to show that it’s shiny!

2. Give a Ghost a Colorful Glow

But if you want to make a more friendlier ghost than this, don’t worry about making it all white! You can use a bit of pale blue on the edges, maybe some yellow close to wherever it’s holding the lantern or the candy bucket. And just keep the center light with a deep shade in the background.

3. Invent a New Candy Stop

Pick between a dragon’s bakery or the little door tucked into a tree, and then think of all the fun Halloween treats that might be available for you to enjoy if you knocked on that door.

Draw some pumpkin cookies next to where you enter and color in those windows with oranges!

Try drawing a path using these colors, alternating as you go along. This will give your trick-or-treaters a nice path they can walk down when their costumes and candy buckets are complete!

4. Try an Unexpected Costume Palette

Pick 3 colors that aren’t typically matched together for the mummy and bat costumes, and go with it! These pink bat wings with green mummy bandages costume combos can look pretty hilarious when you color them!

You can do this trick for all of your costumes. For example, you can color all of the metal panels of the space robot with bright colors and add some tiny candy-colored buttons to decorate the look.
