5 Craft Ideas To Use Your Thanksgiving Coloring Pages
There are so many cool things you can do with those completed Thanksgiving coloring pages! I’m excited to share five simple, fun, and (most importantly) budget-friendly ideas to use up all of these lovely little works of art.
1. Festive Gallery Wall
Print out (and color) your favorite pages, pop them into cheap frames, then hang a cluster of these together in the dining room or hallway for instant cozy holiday art!
2. Personalized Placemats
Have your kids create finished coloring pages to be used as placemats! Print out using thick paper and trim the edges if necessary before covering with clear contact paper. Each of your guests will have their very own turkey-themed placemat for eating lunch!
3. Thankful Banner
Use leftover Thanksgiving-colored paper cutouts of leaves, hearts, pumpkins, and then write down one thing that you’re grateful for on each of them. Then punch holes through and string them up as a “Thanksgiving Gratitude Banner” on your mantle!
4. Turkey Finger Puppets
First, shrink your turkey sheets and then print them onto some cardstock. Then color, cut out, and make 2 small holes at the bottom for putting little fingers to play a silly Thanksgiving puppet show.
5. Family Gratitude Book
Create your own colorful scrapbook by stacking several Thanksgiving colored pages together and folding them over. Staple the stack of pages where it’s folded.
Ask everyone in your house to put down what or who they’re thankful for, either writing or drawing into one of these pages. Open up this scrapbook every single year to look back on!
Happy Thanksgiving!
